Challenges Turn Boring Thou !!

Have you ever thought that challenges are boring ?!
For now, consider it as a myth I’ve created.


I wonder how code reviews are done so easily most of the times.
Whether it is the case of experienced or newbie, getting code review done is like a bottleneck. As the day to day requirements keep on changing, the responsibilities on the developer multiply as he has to care of existing reviewed code on one side and introduce new changes welcoming the advanced or upgraded technologies on the other hand. It sounds challenging if we go through such experience for limited number of times. What if the count touches umpteen that cannot be given a number? As obvious the answer, no doubt he will get frustrated. As, it becomes a routine ;)


Nevertheless companies so intelligently design a policy framework to keep such boredom off the shore. And the keyword they use is "JobRotation" that gives the stakeholder a new boredom if I'm not wrong[lol].But you have no option to deny it unless you are in that stream of the so-called "Managers".


Well, "Managers"-indeed a catchy word to use but difficult to goose up to in reality. Though not a tough job all the time as it is a clever boneless muscle that twists and turns as the situation demands. Inspite of all that, it does have a composed stature and should be given credit. I doubt the day to day challenges they face are not so boring though account a swirl. The bottom line is its(the boredom is) common in any job. At the same time the intensity may vary[:)].

But my bothering is why despite bannering myself as "Very Passionate about Technology" or rhetorically say "Techy-Geek", I get boredom? Here, the reason we derive does have some inter-related factors to be considered,but the major one shaped out like this.


Its not about the passion. Its about the profession. Yes, its true, atleast in my case. At the EOD all your skills, goals, dreams, vision and also your passion has to pass through the funnel of Profession though its a short-term or long-term stay in your journey of Career.
If passion drives profession you are on the bed of roses and no doubt in it!!

What if profession drives passion? I need not say, this writ reflects it[haha].And we do have the previlege to question why you have to continue with such a stay - "Profession". The answer is simple---“I NEED IT and I GOT IT”. But it doesn’t end there.

When it’s the time for me to say "I GOT IT, THEY NEED IT" then I'm at the pinnacle of my passionate end and outof the myth I’ve created that "Challenges are boring".Until then I have to nurture myself and teach myself that I have to grow moment to moment experiencing the real heat of society as there is no other go saying its the perfect way for everyone to workout.[aah..lot of jargon…I can’t help it !!]
