Perfection PERSONIFIED!!

Ever since I realized the self-MySelf, I have come to know that there is always a comparision or more eloquently say a reference for what we do.
Sometimes we compare and start working or work and start comparing….
Either way we require some standard/guide/reference/example to judge the pros and cons or the quality of our work. Well, coming to my case, the latter one better suits my nature. So, in the process I have come across the various standards or metrics but the one which is hidden or indirectly influencing all of my activities, my thoughts, goals, dreams is one.
The one and only one and that is “The way I have been brought up”. Even this is not the direct one. Recently in my routine self-introspection, I found something more, the underlying one behind all these---“A Person”. And he is
An Epitome of Perfection, a Blend of Naturality, a Visionary by Birth, an Exemplary through his Life, an Extra Ordinary in his Performance, an Exceptional in the Existence,
Meticulous by Nature, Level-headed in Judgement and above all a Great Thinker and born Role-model for the Generations forever.
And that is none other than my “Pedananna” ---
Shri Ganduri Venu Gopala Krishna Murthy”.

Its not an exaggeration saying-“Has it not been a day without spelling his name in our home.” Well, in the process of consolidating such an Exclusively Exceptional Leader in our entire family, though its evidential he is a perfectionist, I’ve dared to take other stride --- to look at him as critics as I don't want to give a chance to others to do so, which generally does when one praises others. And, believe me out of many things I’ve observed, very few or seldom are the mistakes I can find with him. Though we know clearly that they are out of(against) his conscience and due to some family pressures.
We do accept it and appreciate Him because “We as a Family is nothing but a society living under the same roof. And the Society by definition is always a paradox.”!!

Generally, if we achieve something great, we feel its all because of our dedicated efforts.
I’m not denying that. But, what I feel is, all our achievements or failures are more or less shaped by our elders’ power. The power can be anything. It can be their decision-making power, problem solving power, thinking power or their influencing power. It is this power in Him that made our entire family prosperous now. And I promise, it would be like this for future generations also as Pedananna,
”You have sown seeds that are recurrably reproducible years together”.

A tribute to my GURUs...

Its already been late....thought of doing it on September 5th.....Anyway, better late than never !! Let me put it down now...

"Sri Gurubhyonnamaha".From the day I started learning from my Father(Shri Ganduri Siva Rama Murthy)these are the words he asked me to say before I start reading anything...Soon I find out the "why so" of it which automatically made me to develop extreme respect and faith towards my Teachers(Gurus). Nevertheless, it yielded equally good results. Yes, today I'm in this position to think and type these words means...its due to them only.Hence I thought of paying a tribute to all of them!!

 "GURU BRAHMA GURUR VISHNU
GURU DEVO MAHESWARAHA
GURU SAAKSHAATH PARA BRAHMA
TASMAI SREE GURAVEY NAMAHA "

  "NA GUROR ADHIKAM TATWAM
NA GUROR ADHIKAM TAPAHA
TATWA GNYAANAAT PARAM NAASTI
TASMAI SREE GURAVEY NAMAHA "

In the first place, I would like to mention that my first Guru is none other than "MyFather".
The saga of the so called excellence in "My Education" started with the trio-bros viz., "Mr.Ravi, Mr.Satyanarayana, Mr.AppaRao".They are the 3 brothers who run a small tutorial(Ravi Tutorials) that later turned upto the School. They were the Chief Mentors at my basic education level. "Thank you very much Sirs"

Then comes my school teachers..."Ms.Bharathi, Mr.VenkatRaju, Mr.SubbaRao, Mr.KrishnaRao". It was due to Mr.VenkatRaju that I was named good at Mathematics and Physics in my School. "Thank you Sir."

An important phase in every student's life......my intermediate education
If anyone asks me about Lord Vishnu I would show Him...Yes the true picture of God I could always see in Him. If he walks, the radiance spills out like that from the Sun. He is so disciplined that the word itself feels proud to be used for Him.And the most important ...we never felt that we were listening to a class..All His classes can be termed as interactive sessions...in which He made us to question,answer,laugh and what not?! Believe me,once again i'm telling this,I can see God in Him....He is none other than "Sri SeshagiriRao Sir"....No matter, even if the Heavens fall I could never see such a great lecturer in my life !! I know mere thanks would not weigh for what you have done to us Sir.  As of now I can't do more than this...So, "Thank you a ton Sir".
 Also, I would like to thank Mr.Manohar Reddy for taking me as their student that made possible to have such great lecturer(Sehashagiri Rao Sir).I owe a lot to you....

 And from my graduation........?? wait let me complete it before telling you!!

Must Reads - "IF"

If you can dream-and not make dreams your master;
If you can think- and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with triumph and disaster
And treat those two imposters just the same;

If you can bear to hear the truth you ‘ve spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to broken,
And stoop and build ’em up with wornout tools;

If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breath a word about your loss;

If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them:” Hold on”;

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with kings- nor lose the common touch;
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you;
If all man count with you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds worth of distance run-
Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it,
And-which is more-you’ll be a Man my son!

Hats-off to RUDYARD KIPLING ...an excellent poem ever I read...No words to express my appreciation.....!!

A Beauty Tip !!

Are you tired of using various beauty tips? All those tips did not work for you? Then this is the one which really works to all….Why don't you try!?
Whenever I speak harshly or use some unparliamentary words, I immediately correct myself remembering my father's words (a Sanskrit anecdote) which he used to tell me:
"Mukhambuna sumrutha vaani"
which means that the thing which gives you the beauty is "your speech".
It was after realizing the essence of this, I came to know that there is a lot of difference in a person we view before he speaks out and after that!! Yes, many of us would rather concentrate on the external beauty(changing hairstyles, wardrobe, cosmetics etc) than on the internal that speaks out through our vocal cords.
"The ability to speak" is a wonderful gift given to us. It is a great oppurtnity to tell others that you are not the way what others are looking at you.You are U(unique).You can make them understand that you are a man of value. Each word we utter has a lot of power. If used properly can turn the losers to the winners, the unsuccessful to the successful, can stop wars, brings peace and can beautify our life. A word is like a weapon which if misused can lead to the serious consequences(Eg: can turn a person to a terrorist)that it can even takes our lives. It is the way how we use it makes the person different from others. Our "attitude, character, ability, confidence, goodness etc" can be tested within no time only through our words. Thus, beauty which is a highly reflecting one, can be observed as a sparkle in the eye of the listener. A mere posh appearance (or the "posh like feeling") can earn nothing, it is the polished ideas that really adds to all our quotients.
Mathematically speaking,
Beauty of a person (is proportional to) quality of his words.
So, beauty is not that which can be brought and wear like a dress but it is that which comes from within through our "words".
